[September 3rd 2010 10:17:37 PM] OK the power here has popped on and off twice here in the past three hours. I know the winds are a bit gusty today, but really it's not like we have Hurricane Earl blowing right into central OH either. You'd think for the price AEP charges for electrical service, we'd get transmission lines that could stand up to more than a slight zephyr.
